      Cooper v. Town of Pinedale, 1 P.3d 1197 (Wyo. 2000).  Tried, briefed and argued by Van Graham.  Successfully defended the Town of Pinedale in a challenge to municipal debt to the State for public works without local referendum.

 

      Board of County Commissioners of Sublette County, Wyoming v. Geringer, Governor of the State of Wyoming, 941 P.2d 742 (Wyo. 1997).  Tried and briefed by Van Graham.  Successfully prosecuted local law and equal protection challenge to State funding of the county court system.

 

      Board of County Commissioners of Sublette County, Wyoming v. Enron Oil & Gas Company, 869 P.2d 132 (Wyo. 1994).  Tried, briefed and argued by Van Graham.  Represented the County in ad valorem taxation issue.

 

      Wyoming Mining Association v. State of Wyoming Board of Equalization, 748 P.2d 718 (Wyo. 1988).  Amicus curiae brief by Van Graham on behalf of the Wyoming Association of County Commissioners.
